The apartments can vary from single to multiple numbers. They will be responsible to carry out all kinds of task from sketch to construction. They will have to work under a small environment in a studio and contribute ell in the production. The candidate should be self-motivated and responsible. He/she should have unique ideas and creativity skills and should be well averse with Microsoft. Having good and sound computer knowledge by the candidate will be preferred. I am sure this is an ideal job according to my skills and knowledge. The task requires to take up a lot of challenge everyday and also needs creative skills. I am good at both the skill requirement of the job and thus, would be easy for me to perform well if given a chance. The major responsibility that the candidate need to do in this job is to make industrial designs and able to perform well in this competitive environment. Candidate needs to have a degree in designing, be good in Photoshop, adobe programs and should possess strong concentration skill. The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. It is a unique job and requires a lot of new ideas and techniques, which seems to be interesting. On the other hand, I will get to learn new things everyday, which is my favorite hobby. Communication skills are very important for a workplace as it helps to increase the efficiency and offer a lot of productivity to the company. The employees also got the chance to improve their morale and commitment. It also helps the employees to be good and skillful in front of the managers as they look for candidates having good communication skills. I also have a experience when I took part in a team project in my college about boat make. It was a group assignment and there were four people in my group. We have to keep good communication among us in order to excel in our assignment. To keep good communication among us we structured out the task and divided the responsibility among the team member according to their skills. We also formed an online portal through which we could update our progress and ask our queries. Through this, we were able to create both verbal and non-verbal communication activities in the team (Back et. al., 2016). As stated above I took part in teamwork of boat making in my college where I was ablet o demonstrate my teamwork skills. The first skill that I came forward with was listening as all our team members were responsible of listening to each others advice. Secondly, I also gained the quality of respecting everyone big or small, as I have to know that only through respect one can seek help from someone. Thus, respect is important in teamwork. Other qualities that I can forward which is also essential in a team is help, sharing and participating. This is because only through effective sharing, participating and offering help to each other I was able to achieve success in my teamwork (Loughry, Ohland Woehr, 2014). From the above discussion, it is seen that the critical skills that is necessary for teamwork are active listening, questioning, and logical argument, respecting and helping. From the teamwork, that I took part in, I recognized that I became good in these skills and learnt a lot from the assignment that we have done. These critical skills are not only essential in a teamwork project but also crucial while working in an organization, as there is one need to indulge with various kinds of people in a day. Moreover, one of the critical skills that is important in any work a person does is patience. From the teamwork, that I took part in helped me to become patience as there were various situations where we made mistakes and we had to do it again. At that moment, I learnt that in order to complete the task in time I need to keep myself calm and solve the issue. Any mistake on my part would have ruined the task that we have completed partially.
